Alberon & Target Integration’s Strategic Partnership
- Who is Target Integration (TI)? TI is a global company that specialises in helping businesses automate their processes through digital transformation. With headquarters in Dublin and local offices in Birmingham and Hemel Hempstead TI offers off-the-shelf ERP and CRM systems, providing deployment, integration, training and support services. TI also has offices in India.
- When will this change officially take place? Even though Alberon and TI have been collaborating since Spring 2022, the strategic partnership with Target Integration Ltd will officially be in place from 3rd August 2022.
- Why is Alberon going into partnership with TI? Tim has felt for some time that Alberon would be stronger as part of a larger group and TI was looking for an opportunity to grow its business in the UK. The partnership will allow Alberon to offer “best of breed” software solutions alongside the mostly bespoke solutions we provide now.
- What does this mean for me? You will experience very little difference in the service you receive from Alberon and how you interact with us.
- Do I need to sign a new contract? No, your existing contract with Alberon will continue.
- Will I receive the same level of service? Yes. If anything, you will see an improvement in the level of service you receive due to the increased support from the larger team at TI.
- If I have an ongoing project, what will happen to it? Your project will continue as normal and will be delivered by the Alberon team. It’s possible that members of TI may begin to be involved too.
- Do I have to cancel/set up a new direct debit? No. You will see no change to the billing process – everything will remain as it is now.
- Will my hosting change? No. Your hosting provision will continue as it is now. Our servers and your data will remain in the UK.
- Is Target Integration a UK-based company? Yes. TI has been a registered UK company since 2021. With headquarters in Dublin, TI is a global company with offices in the UK, Ireland, USA and India. Alberon will become one of the UK group companies of TI, and you will continue to deal directly with the Alberon team, who will remain at our office in Oxford.
- Will my point of contact at Alberon change? No. We will continue to operate as usual. For project enquiries, contact your Account Manager, and for hosting and support calls, you log your queries by calling 01865 794009 or emailing support@alberon.co.uk
- What changes will I experience? The only real difference will be the level of support and service you receive. TI has a team of highly experienced developers and consultants to support Alberon, enabling us to respond to your project and support queries quickly and efficiently. You will also see references to TI in our communication, highlighting Alberon as a member of the TI group of companies.
- Who can I speak to if I have any concerns? If you have any concerns, please contact your Account Manager who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
