We are pleased to announce that Alberon has merged with Target Integration (TI), and we are now a group company of TI.
CEO and owner of Target Integration, Rohit Thakral, is the new MD of Alberon and Alberon founder, Tim Ault, has moved into the position of Business Development Director of Alberon to work more closely with customers and help them find the right solutions for their business needs.
What do TI offer?
TI offers off-the-shelf Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, providing deployment, integration, training and support services. They are partners of application providers, including SAP, Zoho, Odoo, ZenDesk, and Microsoft, to name a few. “Bringing Alberon into the TI family means we can now provide the end-to-end services customers need to transform their businesses digitally, says Rohit. “From their first interaction with customers via the website to automation of the supply chain, we can provide all the digital management software and tools that companies need to thrive.”
How does the partnership benefit customers?
As a group company of TI, Alberon brings over 15 years of experience working closely with customers to deliver custom software systems and websites. “By joining forces with TI, we can offer our customers more choices”, says Tim. “There are many advantages to bespoke software and many advantages to using off-the-shelf software. For many businesses, the best solution is a combination of them both. Together, we can offer our customers a bigger choice of solutions to suit their needs”.
TI’s larger team will also be on hand to support the Alberon team and enable them to deliver a better customer experience. “TI’s highly experienced team of developers and consultants will enable us to deliver customer projects and respond to support queries more quickly and efficiently,” says Tim.
We’re still your local software developer!
The Alberon offices will remain in Oxford, and Alberon will retain its local focus. “At Alberon, we pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to understand their business and objectives”, Tim says. “This will not change. As part of the TI Group, we will be stronger as a business and able to offer a comprehensive service that our customers need to grow their businesses”.
